Create User Group

This video will show you how to Create User Groups in Vizard-Self-service BI tool

A User Group is a collection of Users. User Groups allow Admins to control permissions to resources such as Applications, Dashboards and Data. To create a new User Group, switch to Admin Mode. Click on User Groups – Menu Item in the Top Navigation Menu

Click on the Add New User Groups Button. Enter a name for the User group in the Name – field and do not forget to save the User Group by clicking on the Save New User Group Button

You can delete the User Group by clicking on the Delete User Group Button. To add Users to this User Group, first click on the User Group and then access the Users tab, right below the Top Navigation Menu

On the left hand side, you will find a list of Users in your team who are not part of this User Group. You can add Users to a Group by clicking on the Add User to Group Button. You can remove Users from the Group by clicking on the Remove User From Group Button. Do not forget to save your changes by clicking on the Save Users Button
